Driver needs to marking parcel as open
I am normally 100% happy with our driver and not really a complaint.It was just today a parcel arrived which had a very high value, a lot expensive photographic equipment.
As always the driver is very nice, but today after he had taken a photo before I checked the parcel & then noticed the parcel was actually open, I asked him to mark it down as open & take another photo which he said no, thats not normal procedure.I know I have to report any damage or missing items ASAP !!!! so needed him to confirm this incase I had a item missing . As it was nothing is missing or damaged after I checked when he had left.I just thought this was normal procedure and the driver needs to know this
