They were extremely thorough and kept me informed every step along the way. The shipping company had some delays but the seller was extremely kind in keeping me updated with its progress. They were very diligent in their work and made sure I liked the product before paying. Once ordered, they were much quicker than expected in getting my order out and delivered. The ring turned out beautiful and just like I expected.
