Terrible.all they do is put you on hold…

Terrible.all they do is put you on hold evey call.ask so many questions.never gets resolved. When on hold they dont come back or ring you back. Emails always say not acceped days later from google.always trying to get me to have smart meter thats a no way on that

terrible!

terrible!! left o phone hold after hold. sent photo proof twice of top up receipt that doesnt work on meter. kept getting fobbed off. trying to get me to have smart meter. had no clue about the meter i had saying it had 2 buttons when theres only 1. so now will be out of elctric soon. operator stayed silent at the end so obv i ended call. cost more in calls than the top up after 3 calls. when i have severe illness and pointed this out still no outcome. also said emails didnt get to him when iv proof this end.nightmares are avo

5 bush tvs around my home but since…

5 bush tvs around my home but since tivo took over its utter rubbish,slow,its ruined viewing experience on them all.iv even a new boxed one but wont set it up as itl force me to have tivo. Lots monry wasted on bush tvs. When i bought them they wer fine..so y force us with tivo?.. i didnt wasnt or ask for that.not happy not buying bush again.worst still u cant uninstsall it...only option is dont accept internet connection on set up which only leaves u2 use freeview and i dont have roof aireal. Nice 1 bush for all this. So 6bush tv useless to me!!

Since day 1 so slow, ages to get started i nearly fall asleep waiting. And playing video songs always freezes. Microsoft always trying to take over. Why in this day n age should laptops be like this.i set date of experience as 20th to continue but been like it since bought. Rubbish laptop

Far to many ads

Far to many ads! 5 before film even started,after 5th ad film didnt start it put on another 3 long ads. I thought stuff this il watch elsewhere

Delivery was meant to be on 1st

Delivery was meant to be 6 - 10pm on 1st Oct.online tracking said on deliv 1 with 2 more 2 go but driver text said 3mins away at 8.05pm he never showed up wouldn't answer the phone using 3 different numbers didn't reply to txt.then he [hamza)just Mark's items as got them already and argos live chat no one comes on.cctv footage shows no van or anyone coming nr my door. Livid isn't the word. 2nd time loseing money with argos last time was for dodgy switched ext lead.

let down again

changed app on 2nd jan for 1pm-6pm due to permenant health problems for gas check even tho no gas here for yrs/as always left waiting alday for a no show.tried live chat thats like a parrot keep asking for address etc then keeps saying no record. then when u ring them on option2 just leaves you listening to music and same old auto voice saying your in que--how longs the que for gods sake. my kitchen is all pulled out so`s u can check but failed to turn up.no phone calls/tx etc. useless!

disgusting service! kept in que for about 1hr to get cut off/ eventually got thru i gave top up voucher number,, she said all done! now every call is rejected so cant use phone! and £20cdt gone! now in que again est 25mins waiting time

nightmare lieing company and also…

nightmare lieing company and also harman audio too. umpteen calls all lies from both! £909 item still not arrived and still stuck at dispach centre when its meant to be delivered today!! no updates not being delivered as saying not booked!? i cant book when no email links to do so,i rung harman they told me they did it my behalf but db schenker said they hadnt! schenker themselves lied also to me saying they tried to call me [no missed calls!!!] bad service from both. 8days so far on a 5day delivery and weekends echenker dont deliver so if/when will i get it. avoid at all costs! angry isnt the word.

waited in for over 14hrs as argos said…

waited in for over 14hrs as argos said deliv will be into 2 deliveries..2nd deliv is free[how is it free when if sent altogether as paid for at checkout] it stated deliv sat 7th between 7.30am-9pm, no tracking/no text/no call no nothing. i sat waiting like a idiot,couldnt take bath incase they turned up. customer live chat as much help as a bus with no engine! lived. wasted my whole saturday,and its 9.35pm no nothing yet sight says still deliv by 9pm.i spend lots with them and get crap treatment.not ammused

id give it minus 50 stars if i could/2 months on 2 phones and cant even tx let alone make a call/on one phone this eve 10pm 20th sat they send tx saying problem fixed..i thought great! what a crock of s@@t!! it still says no coverage/unable to connect!...ive made dozens of calls to be fobed off/lied too/£40 worth of topup wasted/and tx coms thru 10.06pm and they close at 10pm. these clowns should be closed down! bunch of thieving crooks who simply dont give a f@@k how much hassell they cause. 13yrs ive bn with these con artists. avoid best you can,,,read all other reviews to see what these muppets are like, livid aint the word. cost me money too!

nightmare customer service!

nightmare customer service!! lied too every call/fobed off/ they hang up/or put you on hold and dont come back.iv had no connection for 10 days to make calls!/ im on paygo and have alot money you now owe me..where is it? you theives! worst network ever! avoid at all costs!!! staff lie all the time!!!!
