Let us expand curiosity with Aircall
I love the Aircall team and their support. So human, so close, so warm. Aircall maybe will be the best tool for customer-centric companies if they focus on our importance as customer service representatives. It will be an endless challenge. Customer service representatives need their help in order to be heard across different departments, C-levels, stakeholders, managers, and for sure, CEOs. Why? Elon Musk said that the most important thing is to improve your product, over and over. Let your customer service representatives tell you what to improve, not just your metrics or surveys. In your team, a few of them are innovators with the best next feature in their minds. Aircall help them as soon as possible, please. You could coach companies to make us feel more important, also, with your App, dashboard, and UX. We need to feel your support as a community of thousands and thousands of users. Listen to my intuition. Maybe Jeff is right with his words "Keep inventing, and don't despair when at first the idea looks crazy. Remember to wander. Let curiosity be your compass". Aircall is one the best tools to expand curiosity in companies with every call and every insight. I just love Aircall for that. However, nobody knows it. This is my insight for a lovely team.
