Food plans lack flexibility

It's a wonderful idea to provide such nutrition, but the ordering doesn't allow for enough flexibility. For example, I prefer making my own breakfast smoothie filled with berries, greens, flax, herbs,ginger, etc. Also, your brownie breakfast was way too sweet, more like a dessert . . . and set off my sugar cravings . Secondly, I'm overweight, elderly, and fairly inactive -- 1600 calories is too much for me (and you don't give any instructions on if or how I might freeze uneaten portions). I'm afraid that over a third of my first order will go wasted.
