Harassment from scammers - AVOID THESE CROOKS LIKE THE PLAGUE
If I could give zero stars I would. I opened what I thought was a practice account and received a call from somebody (I think his name was Max) trying to persuade me to take a course with them, which included a call with a mentor once a week. I told him I wasn't interested and he persisted, saying "I thought you wanted to learn". I thanked him for his call and hung up. The following day he called me again, claiming we had been "cut off". I told him we hadn't, I had hung up because I am not interested. He asked me "why do you say that?" Again, I thanked him for his call and he started shouting "it's a conversation!" at which point I told him not to call me again.
Today, he again called me, this time from a number local to me, saying that our last conversation "wasn't the best". I agreed and reminded him that I had asked him to stop calling me, before I hung up. Within seconds, he called again, this time from a London number. When I answered, he just said "are you going to be civil now, I am trying to delete your account". I told him to delete it then and hung up. I then received calls from a Manchester number - him again and 3 times from a London number. This is now harassment and will be reported to the police.
Edit. I just saw Fortrade's reply. Yes, The email address for Trust pilot is different from the one I opened the practice account with. You didn't however, ask for an email address. You asked for a telephone number...the same number which your operative has been harassing me on. You have all of the information you need to confirm my account.
Incompetent, harassing charlatans who refuse to acknowledge their own wrongdoing.
I could always copy and paste this review with the other email address if you want me to...
