Awful

Awful.
Have 3 family member cars on auto pay account.
Changed the family car this August and added to account.
Got a PCN for our replacement car which had been added to the account.
It turns out that I'd not added autopay to the new car.
This was an innocent mistake in thinking that autopay would be added.
Asked for some goodwill but not interested, pay the PCN or complain.
I paid but bitterly disappointed by their lack of understanding and lack of goodwill.

Absolutely dreadful company to deal with!
Not once, despite calling numerous times, did anyone bother to contact me or reach out to update me on my claim which it turned out was being delayed.
They are totally useless!

Great experience

Great experience.
Charlotte made the whole process run very smoothly from start to finish with a simple to follow guide on how to photograph the car and documents followed by a very reasonable valuation prior to the auction.
We achieved a bit more than we thought was possible so very happy.
Won't hesitate to use again and will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Awful

Awful.
The app and emails are out of sync and you don't get enough notice on the delivery date and time to ensure you're available to accept the delivery.

Plus, they didn't turn up as stated, CCTV and Ring doorbell confirm that no one knocked on door. But someone took a pic of house from kerbside claiming they had attempted a delivery, but I have proof they didn't.
You can't ring and speak to anyone, still waiting for the item to be delivered which has been at depot for almost 24hrs.

Called Tech support regarding an issue with our power supply blowing a fuse.
The woman I spoke to was condescending, blunt and obnoxious. Despite me having a qualified electrician at my side (who suggested I called for advice) all I kept being told was, there's nothing wrong with the controller and your qualified electrician should know what to do!
All we wanted to know was 15amps load acceptable.
Thanks for nothing.

We pride ourselves on our Customer service and we are very sorry if this fell short for you.

Our thermostats have a maximum load of 16 amps as marked.

Were you asking if they could take 15 amps sorry or was there another query regarding loading?

We always advise the qualified electrician on site makes arrangements for supply and does not exceed the maximum load of any unit. So, we will always defer to the electrician on site for final decisions but we will assist when we can.

Warning!!!!!!

Received phone call confirming refund has been sent.
Thank you.

The Tap spout they sent was incorrect, not their fault so the manufacturer told Amorebath to refund me.

After 4 weeks still waiting for the refund.
Leanne, who answers the phone, always promises to send me an email confirming payment - never received one email on the refund.

I've since discovered reviews on the internet with similar cases to mine whereby no refunds have been issued.

Take note:
Their website asks for BACS payment (sort code & account No), you have no protection on this type of transaction as you would if you use a credit card.

I will be taking legal advice on this matter to pursue my refund.

I will be happy to edit the review on receipt of funds into my account.

We noticed your item landed in your hands super quickly—just within 2 working days. It turns out the manufacturer made a mistake on the technical image, and even though we're not liable for the technical errors by manufactures we went all out to assist you.

Despite that we offered a full refund, especially since we did not even take the item back from you. Our management team stepped in to give the green light for the refund as it was an unusual case, hence the longer processing time. We also refunded you for the delivery charge as a little "sorry for the delay" gesture.
But, despite all that, we noticed the 1-star rating.

Nonetheless we appreciate your feedback.

Do not use this lot.

Do not use this lot.
I paid for a tyre replacement Sunday 7th Feb 2021.
Fitting date Wed 10th.
Got a call from etyres Monday 8th to say his clutch in the van has gone and need to reschedule for Friday 12th.
Received an email confirming 8:30am time slot.
Fitter never turned up despite calls to etyres every hour for an update.
at 5pm receive a voicemail asking if it can be done on Saturday, no time slot and he wont answer his phone.

Terrible, I've lost 2 days pay and still haven't got the tyre fitted.

Shame on you all!!!!!!

As you confirmed to me on the phone the issues you experienced were down to the fitter not attending on more than one occasion. As I mentioned we do take this feedback seriously and we do hold the fitters accountable for their actions.
