Would not order again nor recommend

We just received our order, unfortunately never mentioned anywhere that would come in pieces (as DIY), so the first shock was to see 3 boxes, as I expected the coach in one big piece, ready bean sofa, and then we started to put together, when few bag ripped inside (we were very gentle) and the polystyrene!!! filling went everywhere in the room, so almost got a heart attack and basically ruined our room. We finally put together when realised how basic quality the sofa is, as we sat on (I’m 63kg) my weight just pushed it into ground, and not gave any comfortable feeling at all. As I’ve tried previously other bean bags, I expected higher quality for that sale price, so very disappointed as no expectations were fulfilled. No recommendations to anyone, and if I could I would put 0.

Left us without notice when the…

Left us without notice when the repeated order was due, and was promised 2 days ago it would come as per normal, then email received this morning telling me no order coming… bit of a disappointment… no more orders placed in future,due to a lack of support.

Update;

As I received one of the company’s customer service’s reply, here’s mine:
You, as a company, who represent mainly the dog’s rights, you should have known, that when a dog is on regular food (which was chosen by the fact that our dog has sensitive digestion, and we were regular customers ) not really recommend to switch to another food suddenly, especially as it could cause stomach issues. As I need to explain this to you, due to the lack of understanding ( that my problem was mainly could not give him his usual food/ as we have had no notice received in an expected time frame so we could replace the food from somewhere else-) I’m concerned to order in future based on this experience , so we’re definitely not coming back even though our pups loved this food.

We ordered from TK Maxx

We ordered from TK Maxx, expected the delivery as we followed up their app, when we accidentally opened the door we noticed the package was delivered but no one knocked on the door or rang the bell. We both were in the house, my partner just few minutes ago washed the car and the garden, ground were soaking wet. So we expected the DPD driver would be more cautious about it, and not leave anything in the water, and of course notify us, but this was not happening. Then I had a phone call today from Customer service, where basically the woman only pointed out that is my fault( not saying but made me feel) as I marked in their app to leave on Front porch. Why would I when we were at home waiting for the very expensive package to be delivered….so she only repeated the fact that the package safely arrived and not apologies for the inconvenience caused by this manner. I’m considering not to use in future their services as other delivery companies know how to treat their customers. Very disappointed with them.

Turned out, they exist

Update:
Finally has arrived the collar, and it's fantastic, thanks, although the system still need to develop itself as the respondent so quick and the website was not working properly, but at least we can say the product fits our lovely puppy, so somehow made it up. That's why I have changed the review. But in future I'm gonna be more keen on delivery details.

They seemly a fake company, as they are closed now, and was given promises about the delivery of my order, I don't think so I ever gonna receive it. I only spent 10 pounds but very pissed of as this is not a first time that a Chinese related company just disappeared. That's a same that they could use website as it looks based in UK, and turns out that everything coming from China, and after tracking it shows rubbish on a fake website. I'm disappointed again,and in the future I'm going to investigate and just after order,and report immediately this one,specially because they have a Gmail account, the Google should able to help in this case.

I spoke on the live chat with a guy who tried to gave me explanation which I couldn't accept and I confirmed my request for refund and he made me sure I will receive soon. I have received an email about the process, so hopefully I'll get it back. Even if they were polite still I can not change my mind about how they treat some of us. One advice for them: try to keep the information update about the delivery otherwise you will lose more customers who trust in you and please put the right details about delivery on your website to avoid any similar issues like mine.

Before you order anything check the reviews it might help you to avoid so many stress because of them. Unfortunately I ordered as well without seeing the feedback from other customers. I emailed them the minute I found so many bad reviews and they seemed to be very helpful and polite. After many emails I lost my patience so I sent an email about thr request for refund. suddenly since 3 days ago I have not received any from them even before they replied very fast... I'm still waiting but not hoping any good. I would surprised if they acted as a professional company. Such a disappointment and sadness that could happen during the Covid19.

I'm very disappointed how the customer…

I'm very disappointed how the customer service behaved with me. My situation was not a complicate one although it seems for them is it very hard to help the patient customer. After a few days emailing they let the package been delivered today even if I have cancelled and requested for the refund. Obviously they don't care about people or their reports. I never made before a bad review but today I had enough. Something weird is going on around the world, because they are the second company who stool my money and let me down. So I don't recommend them and avoid them in the future.!!!

Fantastic team

My boyfriend is scottish. I wanted to introduce him our Hungarian culture and tastes. I chose the Best of Hungary company, and I'm very grateful the products which available in their webshop is definitely one of the best quality of our nation's gastronomy. So I always recommend them as a friendly and efficient service, and you won't forget your experience with Hungarians who have one of the spiciest and hottest paprika which used most of their meal, and the famous Palinka,which gives you 3 men power and confidence. Try it and you won't regret!
