Avoid EuroCargo at all costs.
I hired them to move 12 cubic meters of personal belongings, including a piano, from Argentina to Sweden. What I got was a nightmare. The owner, Ernesto, is not only rude and aggressive, he shouted at me on the phone, but also completely unreliable and unwilling to take responsibility for his own company’s failures.
He subcontracted a Swedish company for the final delivery and claimed he had paid for two people to offload the shipment into my garage. That was a lie. Only one truck driver showed up, and he confirmed EuroCargo had never arranged or paid for the extra manpower. The delivery couldn’t be completed, and EuroCargo refused to fix the problem.
Instead of helping, they sent a lawyer to tell me they “consider the job finished” and that I should take it up with Spanish authorities. They dumped the problem on me and disappeared.
This company is dishonest, careless, and hostile when confronted. If something goes wrong, and it will, they’ll leave you stranded and blame everyone else. Save yourself the stress and choose a reputable moving company. EuroCargo does not deserve your trust or your business.

Fuimos chantajeados y una niñera llamada Lucila Emilia me robó la identidad. Ya hice la denuncia por todos los medios sin obtener respuesta. Tengo capturas de pantalla y pruebas de esto. La supuesta niñera escribe sus propias "recomendaciones". Nosotros la contactamos porque tenía muy buenas y resultaron ser mentira. Cómo sé esto? Porque yo le escribí una mala recomendación porque 2 veces no apareció y nos mintió, la primera vez dijo que le robaron el celular y la segunda vez que estaba internada en el hospital. Pero vaya sorpresa que desde el hospital escribía Recomendaciones con Mi nombre "Clara" diciendo que yo me arrepentía de la Recomendación de 1 estrella, que estaba sensible por la muerte de mi mamá, etc. Escribió 4 recomendaciones después de la mía tratando de desdecir lo que yo había escrito usando mi nombre y mi información!!!!
Cómo puede ser que Sitly permita algo así?? Encima yo no puedo escribir mas de 1 recomendación y tampoco puedo editar la que hice... entonces cómo es que ella escribió 4 falsas usando mi nombre?? Se hizo todas cuentas falsas premium??
Tremendo, si la app permite Recomendaciones falsas, la app no tiene sentido. No se puede confiar. No la usen.

When I chose to return and paused a payment, they still are paid. This happened several times, I had to contact Klarna and complain. They gave me always excuses and I ended up filling a form with my bank information in order ro receive the money.
Also, every time I set up a payment date, I have to do 5 steps... What kind of user experience is that? Whoever came up with that "system" should get fired.
I don't recommend Klarna.

We bought a lamp, it came with a crack and we are trying to return it since two weeks ago. They still didn't give us the return information but they ask for more and more photos while answering very slowly.. it seems that they don't want us to return the item.
Also the quality of the lamp was terrible, super cheap.

Expensive, poor attention, and untrustworthy company. I have been living with my husband in Solna with this Nabo as our admin management company for our BRF since few years ago. Everytime we need something from them, they take ages to answer and last week we came to this point: "They hinder and delay us from selling the apartment since they don't answer the question we have from the potential buyer. The real state agent has contacted Nabo thousand times more than one week ago, and nobody answers him, nobody knows anything.
Our question (from the potential buyer): "Whether a certain wall is structural or not"?."
This is totally unacceptable.
Their phone hours are ridiculous, highly insufficient and if you call they don't answer and if they do, they tell you they don't have the answer and they will call you back, which they never do.

No recomendamos esta compañía de autos. La verdad que una falta de respeto lo que nos hicieron:
Alquilamos un auto, pusimos todos nuestros datos, tarjeta de crédito, etc.. nos llega 1 mail de confirmación del booking que dice que en menos de 48hs nos confirman la reserva... No recibimos nada pasadas las 48 hs... Llamamos a la oficina de Colonia y me dicen que nuestro booking fue cancelado porque decidieron que durante esas fechas se pueden reservar un mínimo de 7 días (que obviamente nosotros no reservamos). Ahora bien, en la página web no dice esto de los 7 días mínimo, y es más, nos dejó perfectamente poner todos nuestros datos y hacer todo el booking... Hemos usado Sixt acá en Europa antes y jamás nos hicieron esto.... o sea que esta decisión es algo particular de Uruguay. Una falta de respeto la verdad, ya sacamos todos los tickets para nuestro viaje en Uruguay y ahora tenemos que cancelar todo... De Sixt no nos brindaron ninguna ayuda mas que "tienen que alquilar por siete días mínimo".
Terrible. No usen esta agencia, no es seria, alquilen en otro lugar.

Last times we ordered with UberEats we had problems with the orders and UberEats didn't take charge. It's impossible to reach them, and they don't answer the messages and after one week when they do they just say to contact the restaurant, and that's it. They provide a service, they take a cut and they don't help the customers. We uninstalled ubereat and we will never use it again, we recommend the same, use foodora instead, they always answer you and help you if you have a problem.

1 month ago we got a gift card as a wedding present specifically for a Balloon Ride and now it says that they don't have the balloon ride anymore and they don't want to give the money back. We have been communicating with them and they don't answer to what we want, they just say that they will not give the money back and that they have other experiences. We don't want any other experience! We want the balloon ride that you had one month ago. Isn't weird? It's a scam and I read other reviews that experienced the same months and years ago... so definitely weird...

Super fast answering my questions via email. Easy to order my contact lenses, cheaper than other places and very fast delivering my orders.
I discovered Alensa because my usual provider of contact lenses informed me of a delayed on my order. (The second time I ordered from them and the second time they have delays...). Therefore I cancelled with them and found Alensa. They had in stock my contact lenses so it was super fast, they sent them during the same day I ordered, so it was fantastic. Compared to the other place that was always delayed and always never answering, Alensa feels safe.
