Unfortunately

Unfortunately, this company does not allow any companies outside of Sweden to place an order. We are a UK company with goods in Sweden but we are unable to move them with this company which we discovered right at the end of the booking process. I asked why this was the case and this was their response:

"Because Shiplink as a company has chosen to only work with Swedish companies for now, therefore foreign companies cannot book with us."

That's their right and this was my experience.

Hey Simon!

Like all companies out there in the world. The goal is probably to help as many customers as possible over time. But in order to help all customer in best possible way you need to take decisions in what markets your company can operate in. We currently don't have the possibility to create freight agreements in all countries 190+ around the world. In our case we hire local transport companies for freights in Sweden and import and export to Sweden, we cant help all companies Independent of what country they are based in. Our service is not the same as running a e-commerce and ship to one or more countries around the wold.

Hopefully you have a better understanding now that its not based on our opinion why we dont can help UK based companies. Its something more technically and practically that makes it not possible for us to help other companies then Swedish companies.
