Absolute Heaven

Kitty, the owner, is an absolute gem of a lady. So kind, and helpful beyond anything we have experienced from a host, and the welcome pack is amazing.
The Zen den and gardens are so peaceful you will not be disappointed, stop thinking about it and book it.
There was nothing to dislike and everything to Love.
This place fixed us, thank you Kitty.

Dreadful fitter service

The lady who came to sell the blind was wonderful, however, the fitter, Peter, was atrocious. He initially was a no show, then came 24 hours later, damaged the wall, shrugged his shoulders and told me to claim from Hillarys if I had an issue.
I had to supply two quotes to Hillarys, have had no explanation or contact re the fitter and still waiting for contact from Hillarys to go ahead with repair. Dreadful service and will never use again. Look at the FB page that details.truthfully just how many complaints there are! I wish I had known about this before booking with them.

Can't thank you enough for your intervention and ensuring this is now being dealt with. Is there a particular point if contact we can reach out to should this matter become protracted?
The sales lady Jackie Luckett was amazing, it was the fitter, Peter, who made us lose all confidence. I hope, having supplied the order reference number, I am hoping you have managed to read the email I wrote explaining our situation, if not, I can send you it directly so the relevant department can be aware, as to date, other than you reaching out, I have had no viable contact with them.

Sadly, still no word from Hillarys, despite calls and emails to them and increasingly frustrated, absolutely dreadful customer service.

It’s good to know the sales visit went well, but it’s clear the fitting process has been really disappointing. The no-show, the damage to your wall, and the lack of follow-up from both the fitter and Hillarys are understandably frustrating. Having to chase for updates and provide multiple quotes for a repair shouldn’t be your responsibility, and I can see why you feel let down.

Great staff

We visited ad hock today to look at ideas for furniture for a new room. There was no high pressure sales and Stuart just let us know he was about if we needed any help.
When we did, he was knowledgeable, helpful, and honest in his answers to the questions we posed. He made the whole experience smple, no stress and it was a pleasure to purchase our new furniture from him.

Great customer service for newbies

We are new to camping and came into the store today and was greeted by Molly and Sean who were so helpful to us and very patient. Really couldn't fault the customer care here, thank you guys, we will certainly trust your judgements and advice and be back.

Useful

Following initial confusion re procedures the claims process was straight forward. Shame there's no way to contact on a Sunday to answer questions especially for new policy holders like me.
However overall good service and a nice to have
