Dreadful fitter service
The lady who came to sell the blind was wonderful, however, the fitter, Peter, was atrocious. He initially was a no show, then came 24 hours later, damaged the wall, shrugged his shoulders and told me to claim from Hillarys if I had an issue.
I had to supply two quotes to Hillarys, have had no explanation or contact re the fitter and still waiting for contact from Hillarys to go ahead with repair. Dreadful service and will never use again. Look at the FB page that details.truthfully just how many complaints there are! I wish I had known about this before booking with them.

The sales lady Jackie Luckett was amazing, it was the fitter, Peter, who made us lose all confidence. I hope, having supplied the order reference number, I am hoping you have managed to read the email I wrote explaining our situation, if not, I can send you it directly so the relevant department can be aware, as to date, other than you reaching out, I have had no viable contact with them.

Sadly, still no word from Hillarys, despite calls and emails to them and increasingly frustrated, absolutely dreadful customer service.
