The service was brilliant from start to finish. Items were well produced and arrived quickly. I feel the cold badly but since wearing my kuddly coat even though temperature has been below zero I have been warm and comfortable. A small hitch was dealt with quickly and beyond satisfactorily overall I am delighted with kuddly products
