I purchased from Real Mushroom back in…

I purchased from Real Mushroom back in July 2024 I ordered the
5 defenders 200capsule . I received my order quickly & the product was perfect had no damage. I feel I have less brain fog since I started this product. The product & the customer service with this company is Top Notch 10 out 5 stars!!
They resolved my billing issue (accidental subscription) within 1 day!!
I would definitely recommend this product & this company!!!

I ordered on 3/30/24 it is 4/10/24 and…

I ordered on 3/30/24 it is 4/10/24 and my account still says “ preparing order”…. I feel 11 days later and my order is still sitting in limbo. One item has shipped. It has been supposedly been in “transit” for 6 days. The tracking number I can’t verify with Ups….Very frustrated and disappointed. My experience with this company unfortunately has been bad. I emailed the company and all I have received back from them was an automated broad response. It didn’t even address the question I asked. I’m trying to cancel my entire order…. It is impossible to contact this company.


Thank you for your immediate response. True I revived a package today. It had 1 item in the package. A coffee cup. I ordered 10 items. 9 items are still in limbo waiting to be full filled. I would like to cancel the other 9 items that are not even ready to be shipped!!!

Once you get the attention of an actual person; customer service is Top Notch and will solve your issue and make the customer Happy.
I wish the order would have been fulfilled in a timely manner. Please review & change the policy amount of time to fill orders. I pray blessing over your company

Thank you for your review! We have replied to your email and appreciate your understanding that carrier delays with UPS/USPS are out of our control. The package has scan updates as recent as this morning, 4/10. We are unable to cancel orders that have been shipped. Please email us back if you need further assistance!

This company is a fraud

This company is a fraud. I purchased a one way ticket 1/28/21.
1st problem I booked & payed on line at $245.00
Rep calls & says sorry it’ll be $391.00 airline has no seats at the original cost & we don’t refund any money . So lose the $245 or add the $145. & get ticket. So I add $145.
2nd they email me my e ticket.
3rd I get to airport . Ticket desk lady informs me my ticket is not paid for & my e ticket is a fraud.
4th I call travel agent they say sorry there is problem with our system. Please pay the airline $290. For your ticket & we will refund that amount tomorrow.
At this time the 391. Dollars had already been taken from my acct. The payment went to a travel co in the UK.
I call and email requesting a total refund. They say sorry the ticket was no good because there was a problem with your payment it didn’t go through.
The payment did go through!
I’m reporting this comoany


UPDATE:...UPDATE...UPDATE
This company did the right thing and investigated my complaint. They refunded me my entire $391.00 !!!!!
