Horrible.

Todo bien hasta que tienes un problema. No hay atención telefónica pues solo hay opciones en la llamada. Cuando solicitas hablar con un agente te cuelgan. El chat funciona fatal. Primero hablas con un bot, y para hablar con un agente tienes que solicitarlo (cosa que en la app no explican). Los agentes no hacen más que pasarte de un departamento a otro sin solucionar tu problema. Dando todo el rato respuestas incoherentes y vagas.
Mi problema fue: hice una transferencia y sin autorizar nada solicitaron el traslado de cuenta del banco de destino a Revolut. Menos mal que el banco de destino me avisó, si no ni me entero. Insisto en que yo no solicite ese traslado. Si se llega a ejecutar el agravio hubiera sido mayúsculo. La única forma que tuve de solucionarlo fue cerrar la cuenta con Revolut, no hubo forma de que en el chat entendieran nada.

I had a problem with the purchase but…

I had a problem with the purchase but after several emails the problem has been solved and now i have my jacket. They are very friendly and answered all my questions. Good service. I will buy again!! And the jacket is perfect!!
