Only order if down for 2+ week wait!

Ordered 2 cases on Sept 4th and my shipment didn't even leave China til the 11th. Still waiting on cases and gear for 2 new Pixel 10 pro devices which are still in boxes on the 15th. Has this vendor ever thought of sending some bulk inventory over and using a US based drop shipper to improve shipping lag? The pixel case store was 1 of very few options available for cases when we received our pre-ordered devices, but I've been waiting long enough for the market to now be flooded with options, thanks pixel case store for 2 weeks of frustration waiting to use new devices we paid a small fortune for. This is my first and with no doubt at all, my last experience with the Pixel Case Store #cancer!

**Update** I did receive my order on September 19th and the cases and screen protectors were in excellent shape. The build quality and fit are premium and complement my premium Pixel devices very well! I want to thank Pixel Case support for responding promptly and for indicating work is underway to establish U.S. based fulfillment, I actually received my order on the same day as their response! Improving shipping time will make me consider future purchases, as Pixel Case's prices are significantly lower than Zaag, OtterBox and most other major brands. My experience is that the quality of Pixel Case accessories are the same or better than the majors, Thank You Pixel Case!

Your Order: It left our warehouse on September 11th, which is within our 1–3 business day processing window. However, we fully acknowledge that the shipping time from China to your location has not met expectations.

Shipping Location: At the time of your order, due to high global demand from the Pixel 10 launch, our U.S. inventory was depleted. To ensure all orders could still be fulfilled, our team had to dispatch certain models from our primary warehouse overseas.

Improvement Plan: We completely agree with your point about U.S.-based fulfillment. In fact, we’re actively working on restocking our U.S. hub in California to handle faster delivery for future Pixel launches.

Service tech shows up to do 3 room…

Service tech shows up to do 3 room special and because there were some pet stains from a 2 lb chihuahua, dude tried up-sell my Wife an additional $200, to treat the pet stains. We refused to pay the extra and asked the tech to please just do the 3 room special. The lazy ass tech told my Wife that he wouldn't do the work we had hired him to do, stating that he "didn't want to get sick." Funny that doing the stain treatment for an extra $200 would have been ok, but when we decided not to pay for this ridiculously priced "service," he took his ball and went home. I Will NEVER recommend Zerorez, and will tell EVERYONE I know what a shady af joint they're runnin.
