I would highly recommend Darren, from my first call I felt confident with this company. They explain the call out charge from the beginning. Darren explains everything in detail of the problem & gives you the price before he leaves & also books you back in then & there. You’re informed on the day of the call of a 2hr time slot. Couldn’t have asked for anymore, I would definitely use him again.
Amazing service from CheaperWaste. I spoke to Natalie regarding a query with my DD, she was very professional and resolved my query. Would definitely recommend them.

I have had 4 orders from Hello Fresh and had a problems with each order. Missing ingredients, two of the same recipe, very short sell by dates. The customer service is an absolute disgrace. I have cancelled my subscription.

We are very sorry to hear of the disappointment with our service due to missing and poor quality ingredients. We want to assure you that HelloFresh does not stand for that and we agree that it defeats the purpose of our service. We understand that missing items need to then be replaced to be able to prepare your meal and we apologise for creating an inconvenience.
Our Packing team takes care that all boxes are sent out as they ought to be, though since our boxes are still hand packed when an item goes missing it is surely human error. However, since it has happened on more than one occasion, they need to look into this more closely and make sure it is rectified. The same applies to when an item is sent that does not match our usual quality and we will make sure the Product team is aware of this so they can sort it out for future reference.
I would like to go over this with you some more, so to be able to do that, may I ask that you provide me with the following details in a private message: full name, customer ID, phone number and email for the account. As soon as we have the details I will be happy to contact you.
First class service, I am very impressed & will definitely use them again. I have saved a lot since using this service compared to purchasing from the vet.
