Guitar had to be returned after a few…

Guitar had to be returned after a few months because of the fret board and it took 5 weeks to get it back and now they say another month to fix. Disgusting customer services. Will never ever use again. Appalling behaviour

Terrible company

Terrible company. First time I have used them and will definitely be the last. To date it has taken 9 days to deliver something that other companies can deliver in less than 24 hours. Royal Mail only showing it has the parcel now. I was only advised of issues when I contacted them. They blamed Black Friday and Royal Mail but it was actually to do with them putting the wrong number on the box. I ordered 3 days before Black Friday. I hate being lied to. No cheaper than any of the other companies. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
