Purchased a watch a couple of years ago. The finish has worn quickly for an expensive watch, and the bracelet strap has now broken 3 times. Pins have simply fallen out. Having contacted Christopher Ward to discuss and ask about the poor quality, received absolutely no response after 1 month. Avoid.

Cannot be trusted in any way. Still waiting for a paddock stand ordered in Oct 2024. Will not answer the phone or any emails.

Simon at WSC went well above and beyond when I realised I needed some parts urgently. Helped me with what parts he had immediately available with great communication out of hours. Placed the order at 1136pm on a Sunday night, and parts were on a 24 hour courier next morning. Good website, good selection of products, good prices and great service. Not my first order from WSC and won't be my last either. Thanks Simon.

Just like to thank Karen Thornton from TC after a 3 week trip to Singapore and Borneo. Karen advised us right from the start and ensured our trip matched our requirements.
