Excellent service, delivered within 24 hours and was a hit with the recipient.

Lovely cookies although having ordered twice both cookies were broken. Unfortunately loses the appeal a little of the personalisation. Perhaps a sturdy base for the cookie to rest on once it's in the bubble wrap bag.

Ignored emails due to an order that was incomplete, which took several weeks to partially resolve. Still didnt get what i was missing and it could have been very easily rectified. Unfortunately wont use them again based on my recent experience.
