Do NOT make the big mistake and buy from these people!!! They will out right lie to you to get you to buy their highly overpriced pools. They tell you if you buy from them that you can buy your ion refill pack for 75.00 and it's 100.00 every where elese. WRONG!! BIG LIE!! then they want to argue with you making you become upset. Just plain rude. Don't believe NOTHING they tell you!! Only if you buy the upgraded pool for around 30k will they give you a little gift card. Don't call them for a quote. They will send someone over,the sales person will tell you everything you want to hear to catch that sale. They tell you that they will come around the first month a couple of times to make sure you understand how to operate system. You call them for help, they start telling you over the phone what to do. Never the less, another lie. They take photos of everything. They make you feel like a criminal. They said that they are covering their butts. Sounds like alot of lawsuits have been filed. Buyer beware!! One more thing. The cost of the midrade 18 round is $14,411.00 $1000more for a one size up bigger. Do your self a favor and buy elsewhere and put the filtering system you want on it. Ps. The true amount they charge for the repack is 180.00. They also tell you that you should only use cheep dollar store bleach. When you get the pool the instructions say to use Clorox only. Almost 5.00 a gallon.

If it had a 0 i would put 0 stars! These people are misleading ripp offs!! I received my order after waiting 35 days and it was not as described. I got two Tiny little battery operated hard bodied toy dogs that I could've picked up at the Dollar General for less than 10.00. These toys were 25.00 each! Nothing realistic about them. Nothing like the website offers. They took pics of real dogs passing off as their products. Buyer beware!! These scumbags need to be put out of buss with the U.S. These toys came from China. What a load of crap!!
