Poor customer service

I have ordered a few items from them and generally it's always been fine, this time though it's been pretty poor. Bought 2 collector editions both were delivered in a decent time frame but one came damaged and the seal was hanging off. It was a cardboard box, the corners were ripped and the actual box looked warped so it wouldnt close properly. This was definetly sent like this as the it was well packaged with my second item and wrapped tightly in bubble wrap for shipping. Contacted VGP with plenty of photos and after a delay was told that it is a manufacturing issues, the will have a look at the stock they have but they won't do anything!

I understand thesr things happens but they didn't even offer an apology, it was almost an inconvenience to them that I had asked! It's not a hugely expensive item so it's not worth my time to chase them or go via PayPal but just very poor customer service and if you have a look on the reviews here if anything goes wrong with your order they won't help

Sadly wont be ordering again

Don't sell tech!!

Have used them many times with no issues, so I sent my pixel 4 on EE and all was well until my offer was revised to a lower price because the phone was unlocked? This was impossible because I checked before it was sent (it was an EE contract) and secondly that fact that if it was unlocked this would be in music magpies favour. It makes absolutely no sense. Just a scam I suspect. Shame as they have lost a customer for buying and selling
