Ordered a set of 4d number plates. They arrive with one letter the opposite end of the plate and upside down and the other plate not even straight! Told them and they sent out a new set which was fast but insisted that this was due to Royal Mail delivery when it was clear they are rushing the plates and throwing them in the bag before they have set properly. My next set of plates arrive and once again a letter half way across the plate and not aligned. Once again they sent out another plate which was then over the weekend so took 3 more days to come.
A total of 6 days and 5 number plates before they got it right. Its clear the job is being rushed so be careful with this.
The plates are of good quality but it is still a huge inconvenience.
