I placed an order from 'Yitao' for an aftershave, the wrong aftershave arrived - slightly different one to my order, I was told it was just as good and real. This was not the case! The item was a fake.
After messaging the seller numerous times to inform them, they kept suggesting it was a good buy and real - I then told them that it was not and I would be speaking to the customer team at OnBuy, within minutes they refunded me the money for the item - But I am still out of pocket for the delivery cost!

I then messaged OnBuy numerous times with no reply!

OnBuy are allowing their website to be used by fake suppliers! and when questioned and wanting returns of all monies they then go quiet!

Not a good place to buy from!

Terrible website to use. DO NOT USE!!!
I sent an iphone 8 in, in perfect working order and condition. Was cased and had protective screen the whole time i had it so i knew it was near perfect. Yet they said they found an issue with the screen, it costs an extra £20 to get returned so be careful with that. I had no choice but to accept their offer. I did ask for the report they had on my phone so i could see what was wrong with it and i have never received it. Shocking site. NEVER USE!

Delivered ontime and in perfect order. Ordered as asked. Could not be any happier.
