EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service from Paul 🙏

Thanks to Paul for his expert help fixing an electric riser chair for my Mam who had just come out of hospital. The leg riser part was broken and Paul sourced the actuator part almost immediately & fitted it for a very reasonable price, sorting it all in a few hours. He is very knowledgeable about all makes of chairs and has a comprehensive stock of parts. Eventhough it was the weekend, he arranged to meet outside business hours. This level of customer service is unique. We are very grateful to Paul for his exemplary troubleshooting powers👏

Do NOT buy online from Curry's PC…

Do NOT buy online from Curry's PC World. In my experience they don't honour expected delivery times. Purchased a selfie stick recently for delivery to a patient in a hospital who had a back operation. 2 weeks later, the stick hasnt been delivered. This is simply NOT GOOD ENOUGH. When buying online, the delivery date matters. If it wasnt for Covid, I would have purchased in another store.
The strange thing is that there is a Currys PC World very close to this hospital in Cork. Wouldnt it have made wonderful sense to send it from there rather than hauling it all the way from uk?
