Whilst the shirts are great value and the quality at first glance seems fine for the price, the sizing is way off. The shirt I ordered is way too small. They will allow you to return (but only if you provide a photo to prove it doesn't fit) however they want a $15 shipping fee to return which is almost as much as the shirt cost, Therefore I wont be returning and I am now down £20. I cant use them again if it is a lottery on sizes with no cost effective returns policy.

I guess I am just another sucker that got deliberately miss-lead and lost £40 because of their hidden T & C's.
Probably not illegal but very deceitful, avoid at all cost.

Great service and product. I wanted to replace two broken chest of draw fronts, so I searched for wood cut to size and found this company. I like the fact that you can choose from a range of finishes/colours, very happy with service and the product, if delivery could be made a little cheaper that would be fantastic, as for me the delivery was a third of the total cost, but still very pleased and will use again.

Paid for next day delivery, after chasing item it arrived three days later

Carwow themselves are a fantastic company to deal with, their communication is excellent and selling a car is straightforward. The dealership that ended up buying my car did pay slightly under the winning auction price, but Carwow are not responsible for the negotiation of price and I still ended up with a higher price than other well known carbuying sites were offering.

Can't fault them for service, found it a little strange the coat I ordered did not come in any wrapping of it own, it was just stuffed into the postage bag, I guess if it is to save plastic that is not a bad thing.

Was not that impressed, the car mats came loose in a tatty cardboard box, no paper/plastic cover on them within the box, so the were dusty and bits of cardboard on them. Loads of loose threads on edges that I had to cut off, once I had hoovered them and cut off loose threads they were OK, but no better than those half the price probably.
