On sent vraiment que vous avez pris beaucoup de temps pour détailler votre expérience, et cela nous fait chaud au cœur de recevoir un retour aussi constructif et argumenté.

C’est d’ailleurs parfaitement cohérent avec la majorité des autres avis, qui eux sont… très positifs 😇.
Nous sommes donc ravis que vous ayez pris la peine d’apporter autant de nuances, cela apporte un bel équilibre !

Absolut nutzlos

Absolut nutzlos, keine der in der App-Beschreibung gezeigten Grafiken (Google Play Store und Apple Play) sind kostenlos. Nur eine gut aussehende Benutzeroberfläche, die versucht, bei jedem kleinen Schritt Ihr Geld zu ergattern. „Finde dein wahres Selbst“, auch wenn die erste im App Store angezeigte Grafik nicht verfügbar ist, es sei denn, du kaufst Punkte und wählst eine Person aus, die sie liest. Auch die Navigation ist nicht intuitiv. Sehr, sehr schlecht, ich weiß nicht, woher die Behauptung kommt, es sei die am häufigsten heruntergeladene App. Wirklich schrecklich, ich würde 0 Sterne geben, wenn ich könnte.

I would give it a 0*

I would give it a 0* useless customer service, ordered 2 saffron cards, received one which does not even work. This was 4 month ago "they will transfer the case to their technical service". Cannot close account, endless back and forth emails, chats etc. Account must be empty to be closed, but tiny amounts cannot be transfered anywhere. Lots of positive reviews here seem suspicious and mere advertisement for/by the company itself, contrasting starkly with half of dissatisfied customers. Bank service not available in your country (Benelux), app works with €, so where is the problem? Identify with other customers having same poor experience. Would never place big amounts of money with them anywhere. Stay away from it!
