Love Iolla!

This is my second round of buying my glasses from Iolla. Highly recommend this lovely company, stylish glasses, good advice, great delivery.

Fantastic tutors, poor app experience

The tutors are fantastic and my daughter is already making strides after just a few sessions.

The MyTutor mobile technology experience is lacking.
Having to constantly log in despite ticking the Remember Me box, and the £60 referral pop-up on each and every login is uber annoying. I would like an app, but you don't seem to have one??

Review of Qured

Great service, just needs clearer Joining Instructions for families

I have used Qured twice in a recent holiday abroad - for the Fit2Fly to get into the country and for the Return2UK. This was for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers). It's a great service in that it allows you to do all your testing at home or in your hotel room. No need to post things off, no need to visit a testing centre. However, it's not without its stresses, particularly when you are doing it for more than one person. The instructions are not clear re the booking the video call for more than one person. So we had four meetings booked, each one 10 minutes apart. But it takes Qured about 30 minutes to start the meeting (i.e. it starts late), so by that time we had entered the 'Waiting Room' on 4 different devices and were getting stressed about how we were going to do overlapping meetings with the children blah blah. As it turns out, we only needed to be in one meeting and we could do all four of us together - phew! I just wish this was clearer in the initial instructions.
So the second time we did the test we were armed with this knowledge. However, it was still a bit stressful because the WiFi in the hotel wasn't great. Now that's not Qured's problem, but because you only have 15 minutes to take the photos and load and send individual emails for each person, we actually found ourselves with just three minutes to go and the emails still sitting in the outbox. 15 minutes is loads of time when it's just one test, but it's actually a bit tight when it's for four or more.
However, all of that said, we now feel like pros and so we would definitely use Qured again on our next trip. It would be great to see the FAQs and instructions added to so that it's clearer for first-timers, families in particular.
The technicians performing the tests were lovely both times, very calm, patient and reassuring. Overall, a very good service.

Excellent customer service! Had a wee problem with my order, it took one email to resolve and a replacement was dispatched and arrived within 24 hours.
