Was very happy with my products…

Was very happy with my products received. They were packed with great care. I will definitely recommend and buy more products from the mintleaves as they are not too expensive Compared to other Asian stores. I only hope they include more products on their website.

What a disappointment for the new year

Ordered a perfume from the perfume shop website a week before Christmas and was due to be delivered before Christmas so I was happy. I wasn't really desperate for the perfume to arrive so I almost forgot about it during the festivity time. So soon after Christmas I realised I haven't received a package from perfume shop on visiting their website only to learn that they have dispatched my order via hermes and the order has whatsoever no information whether it has been with the courier or got lost in transit as it just says " will be updating your order detail within 24 hours " which never happen. So I contact perfume shop via email get no reply then I send them a message via Facebook messenger someone replies on the other hand I get a reply from email as well saying we would either happily refund your money or send a replacement. Since I had a good offer on the perfume I ordered I opt for a replacement. Guess what next the customers service folks replies in another fews days saying sorry no stock available. Omg!!! what a carry on the least I wanted my new year to start with. I have completely lost trust in the perfume shop. I would be happily shoping at the much compatative rivals like superdrug or boots from now on. p.s. Hope no one gets so unlucky this year like I have been with shoping with the perfume shop!!! ( one star for the courage of the customer service advicer who notified me that the perfume is out of stock)

It sounds like your replacement was requested but due to stock levels was unable to be fulfilled so instead you were given a full refund of your order. We are working hard to ensure something like this doesn't happen again in the future.
