This company is honestly the worst delivery company. 12 parcels before me since 7pm still didn’t receive my parcel by 9pm when they stop delivering, was out for delivery yesterday as well and didn’t turn up.

You speak to someone after ages of waiting to connect on webchat and they tell you something you already know…

my parcel needs to be accepted by a human yet how can I make sure someone is in if i don’t actually know whether it’s coming or not. Yesterday I had 79 parcels before me yet today I’m delivery 112, I get it’s done by route but it’s a joke, it’ll go out again tomorrow and I’ll be even further back in the line…

i really don’t know how companies using yodel are making money from online orders, it definitely has stopped me making online purchases from the company I used… it’s not the first problem I’ve had like this either. Be aware you could be given an estimated delivery time that runs over their delivery hours also

The phone reached the company the day after DPD collection, checked pretty much as soon as it was received and then got the money the same day, maybe an hour or 2 after the confirmation that the phone was in the condition I said it was! I was a bit worried at first but this is great company and would definitely use again and recommend to others.
