It's a nice wee site, and very straight forward, easy to navigate. Great pics of the property inside and out , always wanted to go to Anglesey and I thought why not enter the Raffall Comp and be in with a chance of living and or Holidaying in the luxurious apartment that's the main prize !

I like the opportunity to change my lifestyle as well as being able to help a great charitable cause .

I've liked Aspire and been doing it for ages now, it's always good fun . Lots of charities get cash from the Aspire team , which is great to see, the Team are great and the site is entertaining with lots of Banter .

I have for some time found it difficult to get a reading off my pay as you go electricity meter. This was partially my fault and that I had not understood the information that I had been given previously. Today was my lucky day as I got put thru to a very helpful Customer Services handler called Stanley. He explained which reading they wanted as I explained to Stanley that I had been confused as to how many readings there were from the one meter at my flat . I had to press the blue button that gave o prefix of A thru to G and more. On explaining this to Stanley he clearly said the reading they wanted was just the one set of figures that were followed by the letters KWH, now why had that not been explained that way before.
Anyways Stanley should get a Bonus for being patient, clearly exceptional in his skill of passing on information to a novice who went on to use this info and send an updated reading for the meter from today.
A very big thank you to Stanley and Octopus for employing the correct kind of employee to maintain their Customer Services Lines. It real puts back the faith in Customer Services.
