Lovely sofas and great service.

We have just received 2 lovely matching leather G Plan sofas from S2Sofas in Rotherham. We called into the large showroom a few times over a couple of months to view the masses of stock and happened to see just what we wanted being prepared before they made it onto the website or eBay. Luke on site was friendly and helpful and provided us with a fantastic price. Delivery was painless with Sam and Perry being super careful with the new furniture and our house. All in all an excellent buying experience.

DFS and Harlan leather sofas - 1 star is too generous.

We have 2 DFS Harlan sofas in black leather which are still under 2 years old. The one we use every day has gone soft with no bounce left in the seat cushions and a large dent in the seat back. DFS inspected them and whilst accepting verbally on the day that the foam was flat, they now say they are OK, and I need to pay for new interiors. I can't get a written response from DFS despite numerous attempts they just call me and say it's not a manufacturing fault (just that foam doesn't last because of British Standards!). DFS once valued customers and sold quality products but that's clearly no longer the case. I would never deal with them again, and I recommend you don't either if you value your comfort or sanity!
