Sewage Issues
Currently their building at 208 Long Lane has a waste down pipe disconnected from the building. It is pouring out foul drainage all down the side of the building and onto neighbouring car park. They have been notified and not willing to take immediate action. As a neighbour to one of their building I can safely say the maintenance of the building is poor at best. Their attitude to fixing serious issues is clearly the same. I would think twice before renting one of their properties.

We were notified of the leak on Saturday at midday, our office is closed on Saturdays and Sunday however I believe you got through to our emergency line. After all the best efforts to get an emergency contractor out sadly no one was available. We opened at 9am this morning and the leak has been fixed this morning. The issue has now been resolved in a very timely manner.

Ordered the item in the afternoon and received the next day. Really helpful when I called and spoke to someone confirming it was the right item.
Review of 24hourboilerrepairs
We had an emergency call out from this company. The boiler had lost pressure and was leaking water.
Engineer showed up 30 minutes later then the time slot we had. He did call before coming to double check if he should come. So I give him credit there.
Once getting here he did a few things but ultimately he filled the system up. Pressure restored and the boiler was on. He obviously deduced that it was leaking from the pressure sensor. Also the relief valve was a bit sticky on the hot return.
When it came to pay the bill he worked for a total of 38 minutes. I was charged for 1 hour. Fair enough it was based on 30 min slots. But he also charges £15 for the congestion charge. He had just come from a job in the congestion zone. I questioned him and he said he charges what he charges.
I find it questionable when you are already paying a premium rate then being asked to pay for a charge that is being passed on to every client.
While here he did say the price of the parts was very high. I did some research and found the prices he was quoting at least double. He also said he would call back next day with the cost of repair. Haven’t heard anything.
To also note the boiler has completely died now. This service is a bit of a sham and I would not recommend to anyone.
