We are getting year 11 tuition for my daughter in science. Subi has been brilliant she is calm, caring and patient. Subi has taken the time to understand my daughters individual challenges and really helped her to be more confident in science.

Terrible company who seem to totally ignore their phones !! Sat on hold for 1hr 30 mins and nothing!! Emails are ignored!! Worst company ever. We at first loved our cleverspa Florence but it was spontaneously bursting all around the edges patched up 5 times for more and more holes just to appear around the seems !! Thank god where we purchased have been kind enough to refund the full amount ! Shame on you cleverspa ! And just to note from your reply cleverspa you was given every opportunity to resolve these issues had your team answered calls and answered emails

So after my order being late and complaining numerous times , today I finally received my order I got an email on the 28th and my items were dispatched yesterday 29th and received my order today . The food looks great and was packaged well . Even though it was late and the communication was bad when they got in touch it was done straight away . Everyone deserves a second chance I hope you all get your orders soon .
