DO NOT FLY-HORRIBLE

I was coming home from Arizona to Toronto - our flight was delayed 3 times, having to fly eventually at 1am in the morning. We had to choose our seats ahead of time- I logged in 16 hours before the flight and the ONLY seat available was the emergency exit seat which stated I had to pay 90USD for. I did not pay for this as it is the only seat left and feel i should not have to pay for the only seat left in a place I don’t even want to sit in. So I go to talk to customer service who threatens to throw me off the flight if I do not pay this , and makes me say that I am able to sit in the emergency exit to help anyone in an emergency if needed. I get motion sickness and get sick on every single flight and knowing this I know I am not fit for this. They heard me say this and we’re inanely rude continuing to threaten to kick me off the flight to put me on standby for the next flight the next day - which is already over booked and I probably wouldnt get on. My friend jumps in the conversation to say how it’s not fair how I have to pay- they then threaten her to kick her off the flight as well- again the next flight is the next day , and air Canada over books EVERY flight every single time so you know they want a reason to have you kicked off. My friend backs down- they continue to be unprofessional and make me feel worried about my safety- possibly having to stay 24 hours or MORE in an airport by myself so I have to pay the fee and tell them I’m fit to sit in the spot even though I am not. We go to board the plane with our CARRY ON BAGS- which are the perfect size and they make more than half the flight check the bags bc again - they overbooked the flight and there’s not enough room for our bags. This also happened on the way there. I got sick 4 times on that flight, in a middle seat at the emergency exit I was supposed to be “fit” for. Imagine if that was a 90 year old woman they were threatening bc she is not fit to sit an the emergency exit but has to pay 90USD to sit there anyway or someone with a broken arm or disability? Would they be throwing them off the flight ? Making then wait days for the next one?8They do not care about people, are insanely unprofessional and just want your money. This was with air Canada rouge specially at Arizona airport BUT I spoke with the management team who have not been helpful in anyway and instead gave me 20 percent discount for my next flight with them instead of my money back - as if I will be flying with them again! I warn you - DO NOT FLY WITH THEM.

WORTH IT!

Every bikini I’ve bought from Haute I’ve LOVED! Made with high quality material and there are so many unique styles and colours to choose from. I was hesitant to buy from this website due to being afraid of it being another pop up company with low quality products but I’m happy I took the chance. Hands down the best website for bikinis I’ve found yet. Thanks Haute!
