I went into Leicester B and Q and was after a granite worktop only...(no kitchen cabinets)
quote as well as a new bathroom quote.
Was seen very patiently by a well mannered young man named Jake whose colleagues Jill, Haresh and Ellie also helped get a very difficult to quote worktop estimated off of poor diagrams and hard to read measurements. Although the system lost my order twice Jake patiently found every item on the order and re ordered it.
The whole process must have taken about 4-5 hours over 3 visits to b and q but each time the staff I dealt with were very courteous and patient.
