No service.. you have to order yourself. Half of the food was still cold...my ramen had 3 small pièces of meat and 2 pieces bamboo...hasta. NEVER AGAIN !!!

Nunca hemos experimentado un servicio tan malo en Schenker Málaga. El envío llegó a Schenker Málaga el día 8 de enero y el día 29 de enero finalmente cancelamos con el proveedor porque aún no teníamos nada en stock. Vivimos a 50 km de Málaga.
Pudimos contactar con ellos varias veces vía chat y WhatsApp y siempre dijeron que el envío estaba en Málaga. Podríamos haberlo descubierto nosotros mismos porque era visible en el seguimiento.
Finalmente intentaron entregarlo tres veces, pero siempre llegaban tarde según el conductor. La cuarta vez el conductor llamó para decir que tuvo una avería con el camión. Se mienten el uno al otro sobre todo. ¡¡¡NUNCA NUNCA NUNCA más!!!

I wanted to order a first boxershort fron L Homme Invisible, a brand that is not really cheap. The transportcosts were quiet high , so I asked if they didnt do anything special for new customers as they do on other websites. The only reply I have got was that my message wasn't interesting for them and if i could buy better elsewhere, i should do.
What a great customerfriendly company !!! Never and never I will buy from them.
