Jan & Steve were excellent host’s with good communication from the start of our holiday to the end. The accommodation was large, comfortable, clean & fully equipped. It’s not far from coastal walks, the harbour & the town centre where we met some lovely friendly people in the shops. Grocery shopping was easy to find as well. The view of the sea from the property was great, we saw a rainbow on our first day which was lovely to see while we sat on the sofa. There was also a Robin visiting in the back garden, he was gorgeous. It’s a lovely place to stay & we loved it here.

The staff in the RNLI shop in Minehead are very rude, unfriendly & ignorant. You make disgusting comments to visitors & I wouldn’t support you if my life depended on it. You need to start minding your own business!!!

Received beautiful quality PJ’s & Slippers in matching colour. Both are good quality, received in good time & packaged well. Makes a lovely gift.

Always receive great service from Dunelm. The Waffle bedding I received in Green was perfect, good quality & a fair price. I’m very happy with it.

Lilienthal Berlin was a name I thought I could trust but a company is only as good as who is behind the scenes. The Watch Strap I received was nothing like the picture or description. Communication regarding the problem was a complete nightmare. No contact from Lilienthal until I threatened to report to Trading Standards for false advertising. Was then offered a discount. I accepted just to get rid of the whole sorry situation I was put in. Bitterly disappointed & will never deal with Lilienthal again. Beware of making any kind of purchase with Lilienthal Berlin! It’s not a company I would ever recommend. EVER!

Shopped at The Range many times & never been disappointed with the products I’ve purchased. However, the two butterfly pictures that my husband clicked & collected were not the same as portrayed on your web site. The description was gems on the butterfly but they are clear plastic nodules & they are above the glass making them look cheap. There was no mention of this on the website. I feel it will be a dust trap & I hate dusting, lol. These are far too big & heavy for me to return. Please could you offer an alternative. The frames are beautiful tho & although I got them at half price I am rather disappointed with them. Description was misleading. RETURNED without your assistance or reply!

Pets magnet had the product I was looking for which is Bonio Meaty Chip Biscuits. It’s the only one my Chihuahua will eat, he loves them. I ordered two boxes, they arrived quickly & notifications kept me informed on delivery.
