I had the worst experience with Laam PK and will not be ordering from them again. I placed an order for outfits with matching bags, which was the only reason I ordered from them in the first place. After I paid, Laam cancelled the bags from my order without informing me. When I contacted customer service and said I wanted to cancel the rest of the order (since I only wanted the complete sets), they told me the dresses had already been dispatched, so I had no choice but to keep them.
To make matters worse, they tried to put the blame on the brand, but when I reached out to the brand directly, they confirmed it was Laam’s mistake, not theirs. Laam never admitted their error, never offered a proper solution, and certainly no compensation (not even free delivery if I reordered the bags). Instead, I was left paying full delivery charges for half an order I didn’t even want.
The lack of accountability and the way customer service handled this was absolutely appalling, first blaming me, then the brand, and refusing to take any responsibility themselves. This was my first and last order with Laam. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
