Terrible service. My 24 hour guaranteed delivery turned in to 72 hour delivery so my result came 24 hours after my flight! Assured Screening’s response was ‘not our responsibility’ although Royal Mail are their service provider so it is actually their responsibility. Royal Mail’s responseI - nothing! They won’t give me a refund. I ended up using Sofitel’s ‘rest & test’ package at Heathrow and got my result in 11 hours so I made my flight. I would never use this service again. They got their money and that’s all that matters to them.
