These are great products, I ordered an XXL Sofa bed and a 3 seater couch. They comes as skins and fillings, they fillings are bags of beads, you dont remove the beds you just stuff the bags in. It did feel a wee bit at times that I was trying to fit into a post covid suit and jacket, took a couple of us to get that zipper closed. It looks great and its very comfortable. I'll be buying again for sure.

p.s the sofa bed is actually more comfortable than a mattress

Showcase has a no refund policy. Even when it is their fault you can’t see the movie. They will claim this is their T&C - BUT their T&Cs are counter to consumer legislation. If this happens to you fight it through every channel.

A really simple process that you are guided through the whole way. They price match my bike also as other sites had a cheaper.............. all in all I was three days from purchase to receipt

I found eagle music when looking for a specific type of Banjo String. After buying that item I have returned a number of times to buy a whole array of accessories that I wouldn't find with ease anywhere else. I bought Tenor Guitar recently which are never found in main street music shops, the instrument came in my requested tuning and set-up at no extra charge, this again is a service rarely found in Guitar Shops. Finally, you get personal customer service, with great communication.

During fitting they broke the valve under the sink, and jammed the stock cock on - so watering filling my kitchen they decided to say “sorry about that, nothing I can do” and left.
