They often text you cancelling your appointment. When you call back you're on the queue for a long time (it was almost an hour last time!).
I needed an appointment because a filling fell off. I explained my issue to the receptionist. When I'm finally seen, I'm told that my filling fell off, and that I need to make an appointment to have it fixed. Excuse me?
Honestly, they only can get away with this awful service because there are no dentists.
A check up for a family of 4 takes less than 15 minutes in total.
Awful, awful service every time.

I'd give it zero stars if I could.
You can't disable notifications for certain apps, file manager and gallery are riddled with ads and you can't disable WiFi access for them.
I'm also struggling to transfer files to my PC.
Customer services are very unhelpful, and most of their advice is written in very poor English.
My next phone won't be a Xiaomi, that's for sure.

I'm a parent to two children in secondary school. Their school has moved from Hegarty to Sparx this year as platform for their maths homework.
Sparx is incredibly time consuming, unnecessarily. If the children are using an online platform, then it's an online platform. But they have to write the bookwork check on a piece of paper, together with the answer. That is incredibly time consuming and frustrating. I don't see the point in writing down the bookwork codes. Why can't the platform automatically tally up the work done, like in Hegarty?
And if you want learners to write the maths down, then provide printable activities for them to do on paper.
This is really the worst of world worlds. My children will have to carry on with Sparx as it's compulsory, but during the next parents' evening I will mention it to the Maths teacher. I'd rather they did Hegarty, to be honest.

I ate at a Taco Bell and was charged twice on my contactless card. I raised the issue on the customer portal and there's been no response from them. There're plenty of eateries in town, I won't be back to Taco Bell.

AVG installed itself without my permission, and now it simply won't uninstall! I can't even stop it on task manager because "Access is denied".
AVG website and its uninstaller tool is absolutely useless. I have uninstalled it several times, it is back on when I restart!

Really happy with the service. Considerably cheaper than parcel force, website is easy to use, and there are plenty of drop off points near me. It arrived in less than a week, so very impressed!
