I have only been with virgin for 2.5…

I have only been with virgin for 2.5 weeks I am having problems logging in to the account. It keeps telling me this account dose no exist customer service is a complete waste of time I could not get passed security as I did not know what date my bill was being paid . They sent me a letter for my memorable word . I then rang to sort thing out as I have the memorable word . That asked for 1. 5. And 11
lol it only has 9 .

Had to move as the terminal keep losing…

Had to move as the terminal keep losing connections.customer left without paying happened so many times we moved to clover terminals. Never had a problem since. Apart form merchant rentals demanding money . We have been taken to court . But its to far to go we missed the court date ( they play the system). I see there trust pilots reviews are very high with 5 stars these are fake. SO DO NOT USE HANDY PAY as your provider. Or any other card company that uses Merchant rentals. There is no customer service with this company. Just pay or else
