Chat software could be improved, easier to see @username comments, a ping or more visible notification when you are addressed directly by username.

Also I would like to have a slightly bigger chat edit box. Too short to show what you are typing and copy edit, requiring scrolling.

I like the recorded tutorials on how to set it up
I like the support when they had a small server hiccup one day recently.

Highly recommended software and company. Well worth the subscription.
