Perfect support but some bad service
Product was new and in good condition but i decided to be packed as a present but it was done in cheap quality and was not satisfied.
The customer service refund the wrapping cost and problem solved. Hope they more focus on wrapping presents.

We are very sorry you are not happy with the wrapping. We will refund you the cost of the wrapping. Normally we are very thourough when we wrap our products and make sure the wrapping and packaging protects our products very well.
