Purchased items in sale

Purchased items in sale, payment took and delivery date for week later agreed. Day of delivery received an email cancelling half of purchases. Very poor service and payment also took for those items which now has to go through refund process.

Our clearance sale items are available in limited quantities and tend to sell out very quickly, which unfortunately can result in some items becoming unavailable even after an order has been placed.

We understand how frustrating it is to have items cancelled at the last minute, especially when payment has already been taken.

Please rest assured that any payment for cancelled items is being fully refunded, and this will be processed as quickly as possible.

Just received the Arzopa S1 today

Just received the Arzopa S1 today. Ordered 5 days ago almost half price at 89.99. Was bricking it due to some reviews on here but have to say the product is top shelf (comparing to previous Asus portable monitor). So all the negative comments about delivery and quality just didn't happen to me. Have to give credit where credit is due.

Very poor customer service.

Wrong part delivered to Ireland. Have not got a response from the multiple people I've emailed trying to resolve the issue. I'm 86 Euro out of pocket (almost 30 of that was custom charge). Would not deal with them ever again.

Great delivery

Great delivery, very fast to Ireland. I had ordered an actuator valve. Unfortunately this jammed when it first turned on, hence the 4 and not 5 stars. I was able to take apart and sort this myself but other people may not have been. I have purchased from heating parts warehouse before and I would definitely buy from them again though.

I wouldn't buy from here again

I wouldn't buy from here again. Purchsed in Ireland. I made a mistake with the tyres I ordered. Tyreleader looked for 100 euro to have them returned - they wouldn't do an exchange because the other tyres were "coming from a different warehouse" (in the Netherlands). Honestly, just go to your local tyre business and keep the business local.
