Recently had a portion of my fretting index finger removed and I've been extremely down not being able to play much over 6 months. Decided to go to The Rock Inn on impulse as normally out of my way (1.5hrs one way) whilst on way to Doc appt.

The guys greeted me and chatted about my finger and I felt normal again for a few minitues just being around people that really got how I was feeling mentally.

Loving the guitar, been playing as much as my hand can for now. Positive experience and will be trying to make more trips when able.

Would have been 5 stars but in the pursuit of honesty, my money was taken and no order raised against it, raised issue with Mannys representative and all got underway with only issue being I requested a speaker cable and was given an instrument cable when it did arrive.

So yeah happy with the mannys experience as expected, minus the computer that let us all down. Probably cat related if you ask me, computer sitting there doing it's thing then blam cat, no reason just cat. Why?, cat.

Anyway yeah good times.

I'd found a beautiful guitar on the website and the price was not terrible( Perth ), I found the same guitar in tullamarra for almost $100 cheaper.

I'd walked into Mannys and mentioned it and they didn't even flinch just price matched. They understand that a customer in store ready to spend IS shopping local.

The world is too small with online shopping to hold the old value of "shop local".

Let's hope that the people who run Mega music open their eyes and learn from their old world retail views. They make horrible experiences with their hubris.

I've converted most of the family to Mannys over the year and look forward to next year.

Beautiful store and amazing staff, everybody greets and talks to you. Very genuine.
