Dealt with Issue Promptly

Now a happy customer.

The first pads disintegrated in the wash after only a few uses despite following the washing instructions but we have been sent a replacement pair and my son is very happy.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!

I have to say I find the negative reviews on here a little baffling.

I joined and played on the sportsbook and was luck enough to win over £4k.

Before I was allowed to withdraw I had to provide verification docs which is standard practice for a UK approved gambling site. In fact I believe it is a legal requirement to have a licence in the UK.

I was more than happy to provide these as I expecting to have to do it and when I did submit them I was verified within minutes.

My first withdrawal of £2500 was pending for a day but I expected this with it being a bank holiday weekend but too my surprise the money landed in my account today (bank Holiday Monday). I was then allowed to withdraw a further £1600 and this money landed in my account in a few hours.

The only negative is that the site only allows one withdrawal at a time and you can't process a new one while the first one is pending but this is being picky.

I had no issues at all and will happily keep using them.

We do process withdrawal up to 2k automatically within max 20 mins. Disgusting Company

This is my second review but on the same issue as BetMGM refuse to sort this out.

Over a month ago I deposited £500 and they immediately restricted my account and asked for documentation to prove where my funds came from.

I immediately provided this info yet here I ama month later and my account is still restricted and they will not return my £500.

I have contacted their customer service department on numerous occasions and all I get is copy and pasted answers out of their T&C's. They refuse to let me speak with a manager and when I asked them to provide Mr with their complaints department details the refused over and over until I threatened to contact the gambling commission.

I raised an official complaint a week ago and all I have had is a short reply saying they will look into it.

I DO NOT WANT A RESPONSE ON HERE FROM BETMGM ASKING ME TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICES AS IT GETS ME NOWHERE!

I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK. ITS NOT EVEN WINNING IT IS DEPOSITED MONEY!!

I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY NOBKDY WILL GIVE ME A TIME FRAME FOR THIS TO BE RESOLVED!

I AM BEING TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL WHILST THEY ARE THE ONES STEALING FROM ME IN BROAD DAYLIGHT!

GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!!

**UPDATE**

I sent emails to two of BetMGM major partners (Talksport and PDC Darts) telling them the type of company they are partnered with and low and behold the very next day somebody from BetMGM called me to resolve the issue.....funny that!

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid these cowboys like the plague.

I have played for a few months on Sports book with some large bets from my savings as is my right and I started off winning but ended up pretty down, which I can take as I'm a big boy and take accountability for my decisions.

I decided to try to halt my losing streak last week and deposited the last £500 I was willing to lose as I saw a bet with value I wanted to get on but as soon as my deposit was accepted they put my account on suspend and asked for a load of bank statements, ID and address proof.

I submitted all of these immediately a week ago but my account is still on stop. I missed the bet I wanted to place and now all I want to do is withdraw my deposit in full but they won't even let me do that! ITS MY BOOODY MONEY! NOT EVEN WINNINGS ITS MY HARD EARNED CASH AND THEY ARE HOLDING IT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.

I have contacted support on several occasions even telling them to close my account and just send my money back but they have said even if I close the account I still need to pass the verification process before they let me have MY MONEY back.

Please do not respond advising me to reach out to customer support as I have done many times and get nowhere fast. They won't even tell me how long I need to wait before they complete the checks!

It's disgusting. Authorised Organised Criminals.

Similar to the rest of the reviews here I am disgusted by this sham of a company.

I had never even never even heard of them let alone signed up with them then all of a sudden they have tried to take money from my account, which I managed to stop.

I contacted them advising that I did not know who they were and to stop and payments and close down the account that had been opened in my name without my knowledge and all they did was send me more threatening emails with a screen shot of my profile which had a picture on that anyone could have lifted from my social media profiles!

I even closed down my email and changed banks because of these criminals but now they are sending me debt collection letters!

These people are disgusting vermin and just to make this clear I will not be emailing your dodgy trust pilot email so you can badger me on my new email address so save your reply. I will not be conned out of my hard earned money so I will see you in court!

I have reported this to Action Fraud UK who will in turn work with the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau to bring you criminals to justice so any further communication will be via the authorities......you picked the wrong target this time!

*UPDATE FOLLOWING RESPONSE FROM C-DATE - As stated in my original post, I will not be emailing you and giving you my latest contact details so you can continue to harass and extort me. I emailed you previously advising that I had never joined your site and you dismissed this and continued to try and extort money from me.

I am done dealing with you. I have reported you to Action Fraud and the police so I will let the authorities handle this from now on. All future communications from you will be passed to the police.

If i could give it zero stars I would

If i could give it zero stars I would. The game is a big scam. It only lets you get so far before you go on mad losing streaks. I get to the same point over and over then suddenly face opponents who mis aim and mis hit shots far from perfect yet they fly in. I also end up going first on every shoot out which is a big advantage. Im convinced this happens at the same stage because the only way these crooks will let me get further is if i spend more real money. No point complaining as the dismiss all complaints out of hand. It is a scam game (a damn good scam coz it is addictive) but ive been playing for 5 years with 15k games under my belt yet the same thing happens at the same stage over and over. Im deleting as it angers me so much so my advice is give this a very wide birth!

I wish zero stars was an…

I wish zero stars was an option....please avoid at all costs!

I joined at the start of November during a weak moment/relapse as I have a problem with gambling and am on Gamstop.

I managed to win around £300 from a £50 deposit on sports book and played my winnings down to £200 at which point I decided to withdraw.

This was on the 12th of November (over 3 weeks ago) and so far I have received precisely nothing.

I completed the KYC verification and was told the first withdrawal could take a little longer than the stated 4-5 days so the following week I deposited another £200 which I managed to turn into around £500.

I withdrew this immediately as I came back to my senses about my gambling but it sat in pending withdrawals for 5 days before finally being processed a couple of weeks ago but it will come as little surprise that I have again received nothing.

I have chased customer services numerous times and have had some responses offering weak excuses from blaming Covid to saying "we are finding the best and most secure way to send your money" and to "please bear with us"

I ramped up the pressure this week by reporting the site to Action Fraud as well as all of the gaming licencing authorities I can find but it would appear they don't have a licence as nobody claims to have provided them with one!

I am still contacting the site daily (I have pretty much written off the money but I won't let them get away with it) but yesterday they mailed me back saying they will not respond to any more of my messages because I have reported them and they have also blocked my account!!

This is a 100000000% scam site for stealing money.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!
