Location was perfect. Lovely comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Accept internet and dishwasher.
Lots of basic items left in kitchen and plenty of cleaning items which were very much appreciated
Easy access from rear car park to apartment for anyone with slight mobility issues.
Lovely views from lounge and kitchen. Enjoyed our stay very much .

Despite having reservations. Our experience has been amazing. We took our test in Cardiff and a big thank you to the team. Polite efficient and pleasant.

I had an occasion to phone customer care . My query was dealt with . No problems . Not kept waiting on the phone .

We had our results of PCR test by 6.30 pm same day

We chose Sigma 3 after researching other Companies.
We really liked the fact that the kitchen was made in Wales and the flexibility of adapting the units to incorporate some unique features of our kitchen. We also liked the choices of accessories ,which far exceeded other suppliers we looked at

Deans attention to detail when ordering the kitchen units and appliances was second to none. We spent several hours at their showroom ,looking at various choices ,we never felt rushed or that we were taking too much of their time.

Big thanks to Dawn who helped with a second opinion on colour choices and ideas which we really appreciated.

Thanks to ED working on design drawings. It was a challenging project and the finished kitchen looks absolutely stunning.

Our installer Jammie was first class,very helpful and considerate We couldn't be more pleased.
