Product located & in stock. transferred to basket, addresses checked OK, card data verified OK, then the payment stalls - blue type states not to close page but the page never moves on. Close & rework the site again, all OK except that now two items in basket so edit & continue. Same result x 3. Need the ink so alternative supplier web site used slight additional cost but at least I have the ink on the way
