Unreliable and dishonest about delivery dates and times.

The Vaporesso website seems like a scam. Placed my order and was charged and never received my item. It’s been over a month. The “tracking” information they send goes to a dead link, and customer service does not reply to emails. There’s a Reddit thread full of similar experiences - wish I’d seen it before ordering.

I purchased an office chair that was sold as "out of box" and it was a good deal. Delivery took a few weeks but my chair arrived when they told me it would and it was easy to assemble. I was doubtful after having read negative reviews, but all in all my experience was positive and the chair is beautiful.

Promo code I was offered was not valid. Tried to contact customer service and there was no button to submit the request. Also way overpriced in general.

Poor quality and customer care. The watch band began to peel after one week of use. I reached out to Swatch to confirm I could return it for a refund (and included a photo of the damage). Their response: "We will make an exception for an exchange only this one time, however, bands are not covered by any warranty. In the case it happens again you will have to purchase a new band." Really?

I called to ask for a refund and Lola, the customer service representative, was extremely helpful and friendly. She resolved my issue very quickly.

Faster shipping than my last order (which took weeks). Nice print quality.
